When you send an inquiry
The website saves the name, email address or phone number, interest, message, and consent you submit so I can review and respond to your request. Referral forms also save the referred person’s name and contact details. Please share another person’s information only with their permission.
Inquiries are stored with the website’s hosting services. The site also supports email notifications through Resend, which may include your submitted details. Do not include financial account numbers, passwords, or confidential documents in these forms.
Chat and external services
Live chat uses Tawk.to. Home search and the client portal open Arterra Realty’s service; the seller questionnaire opens Google Forms. Those providers handle information submitted through their own services under their privacy terms.
Website measurement
The website records selected actions, such as opening a contact link or submitting an inquiry, to understand how visitors use it. It also loads a Google Ads tag and the Tawk.to chat service. These third-party tools may use cookies and process browser or device information. Your browser settings can limit cookies and tracking.
